The Labour and Social Relations Academy of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) has hosted a professional development program for employees of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, focusing on the topic “Effective Communication and Establishing Proper Communication.”
Acting Rector of the Academy, Mr. Yusif Agayev, delivered a comprehensive overview of the institution’s activities, academic programs, and the mission and strategic priorities of the Professional Development and Human Resources Development Center, along with new cooperation initiatives. He emphasized that such training programs play a vital role in enhancing the professional competence of trade union members and improving their overall effectiveness.
The training was conducted by Ms. Gulnara Huseynova, Deputy Head of the Department for Work with Youth, Social Projects, and Gender Issues of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. The program covered the development of effective communication skills, principles of non-verbal and multicultural communication, and included practical exercises based on real-life scenarios.
