The Republican Committee of the Oil and Gas Industry Workers’ Trade Union, a member organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, has allocated scholarships for high-achieving students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), which operates under SOCAR.
The scholarship program aims to support the personal and academic development of BHOS students and to encourage them to achieve higher educational outcomes.
At the scholarship award ceremony held at the university, Rector Elmar Gasimov expressed his gratitude to the trade union leadership for their attention and support, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives for the development of the country’s youth.
As part of the event, scholarship certificates were presented to 40 students of Baku Higher Oil School.
In addition, a video presentation highlighting the activities of the Republican Committee was screened during the ceremony.
