Training sessions have been organized for representatives of Kyrgyz trade unions at the Academy of Labour and Social Relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK).
In his opening remarks, Mr. Musa Mirzayev, Deputy Chairman of AHIK, spoke about the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan and the development of cooperation between the trade unions of the two countries, emphasizing the significance of the organized training programme.
Mr. Muradil Jumadilde, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, underlined the importance of the exchange of experience with colleagues from Azerbaijan and noted the relevance of the training topics, stressing their value for future activities.
Following the speeches, the training sessions commenced at the Centre for Advanced Training and Human Resources Development of the Academy.
The training programme covers the topics “Analysis of the current state of artificial intelligence applications in various sectors and its role in transformations in labour and social fields,” “Shaping artificial intelligence policy through social dialogue,” “Future perspectives in artificial intelligence and the labour sphere,” and “Safe and healthy working environment as a fundamental principle of labour law: existing challenges and solutions.”
Within the framework of the training sessions, interactive discussions are also conducted with participants, and their questions are addressed.
