The Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) and its member organization, the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers, organized a media tour to recreation centers located in the Khachmaz, Guba and Gusar regions on occasion with the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijan National Press.
The first stop of the media tour was the “Ulfet” recreation center of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of State Administrations and Public Service Workers, a member organization of the AHIK. It was reported that the center has 7 cottages, 3 two-story and 1 one-story building. All conditions have been created for the recreation of 125 people at the same time. The rooms that meet modern requirements are equipped with TV, stable internet. The recreation area has swimming pools for adults and children, a children's entertainment center, a tennis court and a volleyball court. The center, distinguished by its large green area and modern infrastructure, is very suitable for family recreation. Journalists met with families vacationing, listened to their impressions and got acquainted with the level of service.
Then the journalists visited the “Lokomotiv” recreation center of the Republican Committee of the Independent Trade Union of Azerbaijan Railway Workers, a member organization of the AHIK. It was reported that the center consists of 6 buildings and 6 cottages and has a capacity of 216 people. There is a dining room, gyms, a mini-football stadium, a medical center, swimming pools and children's entertainment corners. Media representatives were interested in the recreation conditions of the trade union members.
The journalists also visited the “Tehsil” recreation center of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers, a member organization of the AHIK. It was informed that the center, which covers an area of more than 10 hectares, has 3 three-story dormitories, about 50 cottages, sports fields, a conference hall, swimming pools and a dining room for 400 people.
The next destination of the media tour was the “Shafa” recreation center of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Healthcare Workers, a member organization of the AHIK, located in the Gusar district. There is a three-story dormitory building, a conference and fitness hall, children's and sports grounds, medical service, modern communication systems and comfortable living rooms.
The participants of the Mediatour also got acquainted with the conditions created in the "Nazli Bulag" recreation center of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers located in the Guba district. It was announced that the center is provided with cottages and hotel rooms, children's entertainment zones, internet, laundry and other services. The center, which is also distinguished by the beneficial properties of natural spring waters, is one of the favorite recreation places of trade union members.
