The Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) continues to conduct training programmes for trade unions’ staff.
The most recent training, held within the framework of the internationally recognized IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certification, brought together employees of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers, a member organization of AHIK.
Participants received comprehensive information on contemporary approaches to occupational safety, the identification of potential risks, and proactive measures to prevent workplace accidents.
The training also featured interactive discussions, during which participants’ questions were thoroughly addressed.
It is worth noting that IOSH is a globally respected institution in the field of occupational safety and health. Those who obtain IOSH certification are recognized internationally qualified occupational safety specialists.
The Academy of Labor and Social Relations has also been accredited by the IOSH Institute in the United Kingdom, enabling the institution to provide comprehensive training on workplace safety and health and to effectively evaluate the results.
