"Followers of the Victory Path" summer camp organized in Nakhchivan

Within the framework of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty", a 3-day "Followers of the Victory Path" summer camp was organized for children from special categories at the "Agbulag" recreation center with the support of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, jointly organized by the State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Issues of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Council of Trade Unions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The participants first visited the monument to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Nakhchivan city and laid flowers in front of it. Then, a meeting was held with the children participating in the camp. Samir Seyidahmadli, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, noted that special care for children, who are our future, is one of the main directions of the state policy defined by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev. The Head of State, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva are also successfully continuing the policy in this direction, and the scale of attention and care shown to children is expanding year by year. In this regard, the organized “Followers of the Victory Path” summer camp is also of great importance as an integral part of the state-children's policy.

Chairman of the Nakhchivan Council of Trade Unions, Gazanfar Abdullayev, emphasized that the organization of the camp for children of special categories and holding other events in Nakhchivan is a continuous process, and said that summer and winter camps will continue in the future.

It should be noted that 29 children of various age groups, as well as 5 supervisors, are participating in the “Followers of the Victory Path” summer camp, which will cover September 9-11. Among the camp participants, there are children invited from Nakhchivan as well as from Baku
