A training program on "Shaping Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace: Empowering Social Partners for a Fair Digital Future" was held from September 8 to 12 at the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Turin, Italy.
The training, jointly organized by the ILO International Training Center and the Bureau for Employers' Activities, was also attended by Saadat Aliyeva, Head of the Department of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation.
During the training, experts from the Global Social Partners Academy provided participants with extensive information about the impact of artificial intelligence on the workforce and the activities of organizations, the development of social dialogue in this area, retraining initiatives, and mechanisms for regulating artificial intelligence.
Also during the program, a competition “Initiative to ensure fair application of artificial intelligence in the workplace” was organized. Saadat Aliyeva was awarded 3rd place with her presentation in this competition.
