A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Organization of Trade Unions of Turkic States (OTUTS) was held at the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHİK).
During the meeting, the importance of coordinated cooperation within the framework of OTUTS in protecting labor rights and expanding social dialogue was emphasized. The participants highlighted the significance of implementing joint projects, organizing training programs, and promoting the exchange of experience among trade union organizations.
The members of the Executive Committee exchanged views on new challenges in the labor market and their impact on workplaces, the creation of decent working conditions in line with modern requirements and international labor standards, as well as the priority areas for OTUTS’s future activities. The Organization’s work plan for 2026 was also discussed.

Following the meeting, participants familiarized themselves with the facilities established for receiving citizens’ appeals at AHİK’s Call Center, the innovations introduced at the “Kurort” Tourism Information Center, and the activities of the Center for Labor Protection and Legal Assistance.
