“AHİK Plus” project

The “AHIK Plus” project implemented by the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation is intended exclusively for trade union members.

The purpose of “AHIK Plus” is to enhance the social well-being of trade union members and to create opportunities for them to gain additional benefits in their daily lives. Within the framework of the project, members are able to take advantage of discounts, bonuses, and special privileges offered by social partner organizations.

The “AHIK Plus” project is implemented based on the principles of social partnership, and it is planned to further expand the number of partner organizations and the range of benefits provided in the future.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions about the AHIK+ Platform

 

1. What is the AHIK+ platform and who is it intended for?
The AHIK+ platform is a digital application created and launched for members of trade union organizations. Only members of trade unions can benefit from the AHIK+ application. The platform enables members to take advantage of discounts offered by social partner companies.

2. How can discounts offered on the AHIK+ platform be used?
Trade union members can register on the AHIK+ platform, review discounts offered by social partner companies with extensive service networks, and select the desired service. The discount is activated through a QR code generated automatically by the platform and becomes valid only after the QR code is scanned at the relevant social partner company.

3. How is data security ensured?
All data collected on the AHIK+ platform regarding members and social partner companies is protected in accordance with the “Requirements for the Protection of Personal Data” approved by Resolution No. 161 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 2010.

4. How can social partner companies join the AHIK+ platform?
Social partner companies must register on the AHIK+ platform and add their services, service networks, branches, and the discounts they offer. After registration, reaching an agreement with AHIK, and formalizing this agreement, they are considered official participants of the program.

5. Are there any limits on payments or discounts?
Discounts are applied only to goods or services specified in the contract concluded with social partner companies. Discounts cannot be requested for goods or services not included in the contract.

6. How are discount rates determined?
Discount rates are determined based on contracts concluded with social partner companies and may vary depending on the type of goods, services, and company branches.

7. How long can a QR code be used after activation?
The QR code must be used within 30 seconds after activation. If it is not used within this period, the user must reactivate the QR code.

8. Can a QR code be shared with another person?
The QR code is linked to the personal account of the trade union member on the AHIK+ platform and is intended solely for use by that registered member.

9. Can the AHIK+ program be used multiple times in one day?
Trade union members can use the AHIK+ program an unlimited number of times per day.

10. Are discounts valid only in physical stores or also for online shopping?
The AHIK+ program is not intended for use in online shopping.

11. How can someone benefit from the AHIK+ program if they are not a trade union member?
Only trade union members can benefit from the AHIK+ program. To use the program, you must join a trade union organization at your workplace or educational institution.
